Finding Our Location

We're situated in the Wellington Street area of Toronto, accessible via public transit and with street parking available in the surrounding blocks.

The entrance is at street level. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk. If you're early for your appointment, you're welcome to wait in our reception area.

For first-time visitors who aren't familiar with the neighborhood, we recommend allowing extra time to locate parking and find the entrance, particularly during peak traffic hours.

Appointment Policies

Scheduling: We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance for optimal time slot availability, though we often accommodate shorter-notice requests depending on current scheduling.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients.

Late Arrivals: We allocate specific time blocks for each appointment. Arriving significantly late may require rescheduling to avoid impacting other clients' appointments.

Payment: We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Payment is collected after service completion.
